I recently found time to update and redesign the CRISPR-PLANT v2 website. Most notably, it features a more modern design and I added the functionality of downloading your results as CSV file. CRISPR-PLANT v2 is a platform to help researchers design and construct specific gRNAs for CRISPR-Cas9-mediated genome editing in plants. It offers pre-analyzed gRNA spacers with specificity data for seven model and crop species.
